Nickel-based alloy steel strip is a high-performance special alloy material. Its main component is nickel (Ni) as the base, with the addition of alloying elements such as chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo), and niobium (Nb). The product thickness range covers 0.015-6.0mm, featuring outstanding corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance.
Core features:
• Excellent corrosion resistance: It performs well in both oxidizing and reducing environments, and has strong resistance to pitting, crevice and intergranular corrosion in chloride media. It hardly causes corrosion in seawater and industrial gas environments
• Outstanding high-temperature performance: It can maintain excellent strength and creep resistance in high-temperature environments up to 980℃, and has strong oxidation and carbonization resistance
• Excellent mechanical properties: Tensile strength at room temperature can reach 550-1100 mpa, elongation ≥30%, and it has good plasticity and toughness
• Good processing performance: It is easy to be formed through cold and hot working, and has excellent welding performance. It can be connected by conventional arc welding, resistance welding and other methods
Application Area:
• Aerospace: Manufacturing key components such as turbine engine combustion chambers, turbine casings, exhaust systems, and aircraft engine shaft parts
• In the chemical industry: It is used in heat exchangers, pressure vessels, reactors, storage tanks, equipment for handling corrosive chemicals, etc
• Energy industry: Nuclear reactor fuel elements, gas turbine blades, offshore platforms and oil and gas extraction equipment
• Marine engineering: seawater desalination equipment, submarine oil pipelines, ship structural components, etc
